Palo Alto Promenade Film & Music Festival

On Friday, July 20th, University Avenue Palo Alto closed from University/High to University/Webster allowing for three stages, outdoor dining, shopping and entertainment.

The City of Palo Alto, with the aid of West Coast Songwriters, presented the Palo Alto Promenade of Film & Music Festival on Friday, July 20th, 2007. Flyer for event Link To Event Website
The festival featured 50 performers on three stages and in stores. The Main Stage audience included A&R Reps from Island Records and Atlantic Records. The audience decided which one of the artists shared a breakfast table with the A&R Reps the next morning.
Palo Alto is a bustling town that is home to Stanford University. The festival took place on University Avenue, which was closed off from 4pm to 10pm with three stages for performers - the Main Stage, the Singer/Songwriter Stage, plus a Peninsula Artists Stage. The Singer Songwriter and Peninsula Artists Stages was from 4pm to 8pm.
