Songwriter's Competition
The Petaluma Songwriter's Competition will be held at Aqus Café, 189 H Street, Petaluma 94952. Managers Mark Rafferty and Jay Gottlieb. Sign up starts at 6:30pm. Event begins at 7pm and usually ends around 9pm.

If you come out to Aqus Cafe on H Street in Petaluma at about 6:30 p.m. on the 3rd wednesday of every month, (thru July, 2013), you'll be able to sign up to perform at the monthly West Coast Songwriter Competition. NO CHARGE for WCS members-in-good-standing. Performances start at 7:00 and will go until approximately 9:00 P.M., depending on how many folks sign up. More often than not, this will be a peer-judged competition Two awards will be given each month. One for Best Performance. And one for Best Song. The winners of each monthly Best Song will compete in July for "Best Song Of The Year" award and a spot in the West Coast Songwriter Grand Finals, usually held at The Freight And Salvage Coffee House in Berkeley.
So, c'mon out to Aqus Cafe in Petaluma and give er a go.
