Submitting Material for the Newsletter

The newsletter is posted by the first of each month. Newsletter submissions need to be in the WCS Office by the 15th of the month prior to the issue.

If you'd like to get your "On Stage" information included, you will need to email the information to info@westcoastsongwriters.org please put "NEWSLETTER" in the subject line. Please do not bold information or use indent tabs. Use the format that you see in the newsletter.

If you are a member and have a new CD you are releasing, you can have your CD listed under "Member's Products" for FREE. To do this we will need the following from you: A tiff or jpeg of the cover art; A paragraph or two about your CD including the cost and where it can be purchased (we may have to edit the information if space is an issue), A MP3 of one of the songs (if you want us to allow web browsers to hear your song). Please make sure the paragraph is written from a "third person" perspective. Send to: info@westcoastsongwriters.org

We are always happy to hear your "Good News" and would like, if it is appropriate, to include it in our newsletter. Please write the information from a "third person" perspective. Send to: info@westcoastsongwriters.org.

If you have an article of interest for the newsletter, please email copy to: info@westcoastsongwriters.org We will try to include it if it is appropriate.
