"Bring A Buddy" - Bring a friend with you to attend seminars, the performances, and to eat the same meals with you for $50 a day. The Buddy Pass doesn't allow participation in Conference events except as an observer (screenings, OOM, one-on-ones etc).

Note: Everyone who signs up for the Conference receives two guaranteed listens EACH DAY as long as you arrive by 9am.
Daily Check-In Times
- 8:00am – Volunteers
- 8:30am – Preregistered Attendees
- 9:00am – All Other Attendees
Pick up your registration package on Friday at the Kick Off, or Go to the Pre-registration area on Saturday (directly as you enter from Lot 1 up the steps – see Handbook map) to pick up your conference badge and information packages.
If You are Registering at the Conference:
Go to the Registration from Parking Lot 1. Fill out a registration form and pay the volunteer. We accept cash, checks, money orders, and VISA/MasterCard/American Express/Discover Card. You will receive your badge and package of conference information at this time. To save time at registration
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: Registration for the Conference in NOT in any way linked to your registration on the WCS site. If you haven't attended the Conference, even if you are a member, you will need to register as a NEW USER after clicking the register button below.
